Arthouse Malpais is the perfect location for those who want to get away from noise, without being too far from the towns of Santa Teresa and Malpais. Even though switching from the digital iphone alarm to the sound of howler monkeys, or changing your the shoes for flip flops cant be the daily life for everybody, it can be for you, and it can surely help put you into a new perspective.
LIVING SPACE
The west facing house lies 500m up the hill from the secluded Mar Azul beach. Our property is a standalone house with private parking. Due to the location we highly recommend our guests have their own transportation. The accommodation is fully equipped for up to 8 people. It has four bedrooms, three of which have queen beds, and the master bedroom which has a king size bed and balcony that overlooks the jungle garden. All our rooms have their own unique design and personal touches.

On the first floor you have a spacious kitchen fully equipped with a refrigerator, blender, moka pot, pans/ pots, sharp cooking knives, cutlery and glasses. There are the three bedrooms, a bathroom, the dining space and a front porch perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun.
The second floor is the master bedroom, with a spacious en suite bathroom, balcony and access to the roof terrace. Have a look at the living space and rooms below.
